Shipping times vary depending on your location:
USA: 3-7 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (or equivalent in your local currency).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through our website or the carrier’s site.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at CustomerHelpDesk@wrthy1.com within 30 days of shipment, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes. However, please note that some carriers may have restrictions, so delivery times may vary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still attached. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns page here on our site and follow the instructions. You’ll need your order number and email address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return, it takes 3-5 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Yes! If the item you want is in stock, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible. If not, we’ll issue a refund and notify you when the item is back in stock.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at CustomerHelpDesk@wrthy1.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
